The mechanical properties for common hard alloys ,such as surface hardness、wear resistance 、f racture toughness etc. ,have been increased through quenching and tempering、boronizing、carburizing、boron - lanthanumizing、double quenching and tempering、vacuum heat t reatment 、ions implatation and laser heat treatment . Surface hardness as well as wear and thermal fatigue resistance for steel bonded hard alloys will be increased through adequate harding and tempering processes as well as boronizing and boron - sulphurizing. Therefore ,the target to increase the service life of hard alloy products has been reached.
