The mechanical properties for common hard alloys ,such as surface hardness¡¢wear resistance ¡¢f racture toughness etc. ,have been increased through quenching and tempering¡¢boronizing¡¢carburizing¡¢boron - lanthanumizing¡¢double quenching and tempering¡¢vacuum heat t reatment ¡¢ions implatation and laser heat treatment . Surface hardness as well as wear and thermal fatigue resistance for steel bonded hard alloys will be increased through adequate harding and tempering processes as well as boronizing and boron - sulphurizing. Therefore ,the target to increase the service life of hard alloy products has been reached.
